About the Exam

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is a national-level engineering entrance examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for undergraduate engineering admissions across India. It serves as the gateway for admission to premier institutions like the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other centrally funded technical institutions.

JEE is conducted in two stages — JEE Main and JEE Advanced. JEE Main is held multiple times a year in computer-based (online) mode, while JEE Advanced is conducted once annually for candidates who qualify JEE Main.
